THIS APPLICATION IS ONLY OPEN TO EXISTING KEY CLUB MEMBERS. If you are interested in joining the 2022-2023 LCS Key Club Leadership Team, please fill out the following application by June 3rd.

Before you continue the application, please read the following terms and conditions

(Student Signature) If I am accepted as a Key Club leader, I will set aside at least 2 hours per week towards contributing to Key Club meetings and events. I understand that failure to meet the expected time commitment will result in the expulsion from the Key Club leadership team.

(Student Signature) If I am accepted as a Key Club leader, I understand that I must attend ALL Key Club events and meetings. I understand that failure to attend meetings and events without a valid reason will result in the expulsion from the Key Club leadership team.

(Student Signature) If I am accepted as a Key Club leader, I understand that I will get all assignments as a leader done ON TIME. I understand that failure to turn in leader assignments on time without a valid reason will result in the expulsion from the Key Club leadership team.

(Student Signature) If I am accepted as a Key Club leader, I understand I must communicate effectively with all leaders through feedback and discussions. I understand that failure to communicate effectively with other Key Club leaders will result in the expulsion from the Key Club leadership team.

(Student Signature) If I am accepted as a Key Club leader, I understand I must be a student in good standing (grades and behavior-wise). I understand that failure to behave or maintain passing grades will result in the expulsion from the Key Club leadership team.

I will not share any planning information with anyone outside the leadership team until told to do so.
